SHIPPING FEES

TRACKING

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Abnormal Society is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the carrier directly.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Abnormal Society is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.
